Jeronimo Valdez has distinguished himself within the Dallas legal community as an exceptional business and personal injury trial lawyer by successfully handling a wide variety of cases. Indeed, Mr. Valdez’s legal career has been as varied as it has been accomplished. In 2001, Mr. Valdez served as William E. Collins Clerk to the Honorable Craig T. Enoch of the Texas Supreme Court where he helped research and write some of the most important Texas Supreme Court legal opinions in recent history. In fact, some of those legal decisions still serve as the governing “Texas Law” and have far-reaching effects on the lives of countless Texas citizens.
Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Valdez became an associate at one of the largest and most respected law firms in the U.S. where he handled cases including life-altering personal injury, complex contract disputes, tortious interference with contracts, theft of trade secrets, and other business related problems. After a few years of “big firm practice,” Mr. Valdez decided to open his own law firm so that he could have the freedom and the flexibility to provide individuals and small business owners with the same high-quality legal services usually reserved for Fortune 500 companies.
Mr. Valdez has since served as lead counsel for clients in courts throughout Texas and the United States in cases ranging from state-court catastrophic personal injury claims to federal-court intellectual property disputes. In that capacity, he has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict before juries as well as judges. In addition, Mr. Valdez has also served as General Counsel of an international company and currently serves as outside general counsel to leading businesses and local chambers of commerce.
Jeronimo Valdez is admitted to practice before all Texas state courts, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
